When we decided to sell our house in Halifax and relocate to the South Shore, I knew we needed help. ‎I've watched plenty of home reno shows, but that's where my decor skills ended. I also knew it was important to keep things neutral and minimal, but didn't quite know how to get to the final product. 

Enter Cathryn Tracy. She first helped pick paint colours as that was the biggest job - toning down some bold wall colours. She did this thoughtfully and intentionally making sure everything flowed well. She even helped with the hard work of painting!  Soon determining that was not her forte, she returned to her expertise...the staging part! :)

In terms of staging, she helped identify what needed to be purged and what needed to be brought in so that the house was set up as aesthetically as possible that would speak to a broad audience.

I got great, positive feedback from agents who showed the house, but the best part was getting an offer within a couple of months! I owe a big part of that to Cathryn's professionalism and keen eye. I would highly recommend her for any decor or staging need!
